Cancellation Before Production

You can request a cancellation from your account page for a full refund. Orders are reviewed and approved daily. Once an order has been approved and sent to production, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom Products

All teebot.dev products are made to order with your custom text. Per EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), personalized goods are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. Because every shirt is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on non-defective items.

Defective or Misprinted Items

If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our expense. Please include a photo of the issue in your message.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 days. We will work with our fulfillment partner to locate your order or send a replacement.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
